Annual Community Meeting

The meeting will include the election of two Board members and a review of proposed amendments (linked here) to the Covenants and Bylaws aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs, including updated notice delivery options and changes to the annual assessment schedule.

The Board will also present a proposal to reinstate a $400 annual assessment beginning September 2026, replacing reliance on the Center Court Special Tax District due to new county policies and funding limitations.
